9 Beet Stretch is a sound art work by Norwegian sound artist Leif Inge that expands Ludwig van Beethoven's 9th Symphony to a 24 hour duration with no pitch distortions. The interior architecture of Old City Hall will resonate with these suspended, seemingly glacial, sonorities in this special Scotiabank Nuit Blanche version curated by Toronto's New Adventures in Sound Art.
